The University of Florida is seeking to fill a grant-funded, half-time Family and Consumer Sciences Program Extension Agent position in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Program Extension Agent will teach the National Diabetes Prevention Program for high-risk, low-income clientele as part of a grant project through the University of Florida. I am the Principal Investigator for this project, which we are implementing in collaboration with Molina Healthcare. The grant is funded through September 2016 (since we are hiring our staff now, I anticipate that the end date may be extended to February 2017).
