About: The tasks/work consists planning and pursuing epidemiological analyses using the database of the Malmö Diet Cancer cohort (a population based study including 30 000 participants with base line examinations 1991-1996). So far analysis projects with a cancer focus have examined associations between the composition of diet and the risk of postmenopausal breast cancer; currently analysis projects regarding prostate cancer are planned and conducted. The focus of the proposed position is primarily research questions regarding diet, chronic inflammation and breast cancer risk.
